    It was my first experience with Holiday Inn and it was amazing. Ian and Ivy at the reception was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Provided airport shuttle and they assisted when I needed a ride to the car rental.

    It's close to YVR, 10 min drive. Has a good pub/restaurant with a decent selection. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because thy are doing construction in the parking lot and it's really noisy. I'm sure the rating would increase once the construction is done.

    Excellent service de toute l'équipe ! Vraiment wow ! Équipe à la réception gentille, toujours courtoise et à vouloir aider, équipe du ménage très gentille aussi et professionnelle, les chambres étaient vraiment très propres et confortables. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu. Le déjeuner était varié et bon, une belle équipe également au restaurant avec un bon service ! Les 2 chauffeurs que nous avons eu pour la navette de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel étaient très prudents et gentils. Un service 5* sur tout le personnel ! Emplacement juste un petit peu loin du train mais il y a des bus aux 10-15min juste en face de l'hôtel donc assez facile pour aller en centre ville. Je recommande cet hôtel pour tout le bon service que nous avons eu ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre hôtel, MERCI BEAUCOUP à toute la belle équipe !!!!

    Fantastic customer service from all of the staff (housekeeping, front desk, shuttle driver, etc). The beds, pillows and comforters are marvelously comfortable. Very clean, close to the airport with reliable complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast is the best i have had at a hotel- plentiful variety of fresh fruit, bakery items and ample, well prepared protein options. I would definitely stay here again.

    I stayed at this Holiday Inn on March 28. The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the front desk around 8:30 pm was disappointing. I requested tea, and was told to pick it up myself, which is fine, but the staff member responded in a sarcastic tone (“yeeees”), which felt dismissive. While I understand every hotel has policies, basic courtesy and respectful communication are important. I hope management ensures staff treat guests politely, as it makes a big difference in the overall experience.
