We would especially like to commend Kenneth for his outstanding service and dedication, which significantly enhanced our overall experience.   Excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport! The location is incredibly convenient—just minutes from YVR with a reliable free airport shuttle that runs regularly. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a microwave and fridge which was a nice bonus. The bed was super cozy and despite being near the airport, the room was quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Perfect for an early flight or a layover. Highly recommend!"

  The staff here are top-notch. We left behind a hat and gloves in our room and when the front desk couldn't call us back they looked up the email on the reservation and reached out to us to confirm they found the items. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Vancouver Airport, and I want to give a special shout-out to Robinson, who operates the airport shuttle bus. We arrived with several pieces of very heavy luggage, which made our transfer quite stressful. Robinson was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. He immediately took the initiative to help us load and unload all our heavy bags with a big smile. His genuine hospitality truly touched us and made our arrival so much easier. I also want to commend the front desk team. Although I didn't catch their names, the staff during check-in and check-out were fantastic—very friendly, always smiling, and extremely efficient. Furthermore, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise! While it looked simple with a focused selection, everything tasted great—especially the omelettes, which were delicious. The ladies at the restaurant front desk were also wonderful, providing excellent and warm service. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated and professional team across all departments. If you’re staying here, I hope you’re lucky enough to meet Robinson and the wonderful staff! They are true assets to this hotel.
