Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and good location. The rooms were extremely clean and confortable.
Great breakfast, the supervisor and staff was very helpful.
Excellent frontdest customer service.
As far as three star accommodations are concerned, this location resides at the top of the list based upon my experiences staying in a number of other three-star hotels in south western BC over the course of the last year.
I spent three nights in a kitchenette suite while doing training at Deas Dock, and I was very satisfied with the standards maintained at this location.
The front desk staff were professional, efficient, and courteous.
The room was very comfortable, and housekeeping did a marvellous job.
The hotel is situated at the end of Steveston Highway, a short walk to the river, so you’re spared having to endure excessive noise from the city.
Tsawwassen Terminal, and YVR, and roughly equidistant.
All in all, a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
I came with my sisters, check in process is simple and easy. Free parking, buffet breakfast and a lot food options, staffs are friendly, when my iPhone charger cable broke in midnight and a staff was so nice to borrow me a charger and I was able to get charged my iPhone fully before I left ; it was a wonderful experience with the hotel staff and we really enjoyed and stayed there. The location is near high way, Ironwood Plaza, Save on Foods Supermarket and Canada Tire nearby.

This was not my our first time to stay at your hotel, I had high expectations base on our first experience was fantastic ! Hotel was clean, staff are accommodating, breakfast was good and we feel safe. No concern at all.
Our second time staying at your hotel everything seems good so far until on our last night, I drop off my friend in the middle of the nigth, parking was full packed so I parked my car at the loading zone, I knew that I wont stayed for long as im just drop off my friend that night. When I noticed that I left something inside my car, I went back to my car. In the parking lot, there was a gray car was behind my car blocking, I didnt take it seriously at first as I though that car might not stay that long. So I went back to my friend to hand her stuff back to her and when I went down to the parking lot, the same car is still there blocking my car, so I went to the reception to inform and help me to call the owner of the car, I waited for a few minutes as the receptionist was helping other customers.
The receptionist took a car key inside the office and mention that it was the company car that blocking my car. For me it was not a company car, I thingk it was belong to one of your staff. When i took the photo with my car and that vehicle, the receptionist saying plase do not complain. I told him this is not rigth and not safe, and leave the premise.
An emergency call from my friend whom still in the hotel she was terrified and crying, so I came back to comfort her. I spoke with two gentlemen in front desk, by mistake I thought my friend lost her money inside her room, but it was confirmed with my friend that she had her money before leaving the hotel in the morning. (The lost issue was resolved )
I mentioned to the supervisor on duty regarding that one of the company car of the hotel block my car, but the supervisor sounds like he was blaming me that I should not parked in the loading zone, as I keep explaining that I just drop off my friend who were staying that night. And he said to me that my car parked for an hour and told me that there are parking space in front. My response was, if there was still parking spot in front why is that car has to block my car? I came first. you cannot block cars for that reason. When the conversation was getting intense, I said to the supervisor that im going to write review, and his response was
"Go a head" I cant believe that how he talk and deal with the customer as he didn't even resolve nor apologize regarding the company car that blocks my car. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also made feel uncomfortable. I hope my concerns are taken seriously so that future guests do not have to experience the same issue I encountered.
