    Front desk staff was super nice and welcoming, but the rooms are very dirty and unkempt. Many things were not attached to the wall properly (light fixtures, hangers) and walls/floors/surfaces were grimy. These are such simple things that could be addressed. If things that are this obvious aren't looked after, I would be very hesitant to eat food here. Based off feedback from my colleagues that also stayed here, my room/experience was not a one off. A clean room is the most important criteria, and this hotel fails to meet that need.

    Arish gave me much help during my stay. I like the tea and coffee station, the offering of hot water is actually friendly to Chinese elderly. The shuttle driver of the inn is friendly and helpful and breakfast is okay. Nearby there is a big Chinese supermarket which is quite convinient. Things went wrong: after check out, when I called the front desk to check about the possibility to store luggages for a few days, the lady told me a lie saying that their storage space is so full that they have to put the luggages of guests in the checked in room. As a registered guest, I know it is not the case. I think even if the inn cannot take care of the luggages overnight, the message should not be conveyed via an apparent lie to a previously registered guest.
