  Great hotel - but I would not stay here again. I like to watch hockey to relax, but I could not find TSN or Sportsnet channels, I phoned the front desk and they told me they have no sports channels. I am not sure why, but in the lowest rated hotels I have stayed in, all of them have at least had sports channels. No reason was given, but since they have full cable service, they must save money by not adding the sports subcription?

  I super charge here, super friendly, bathrooms always clean. Will be my pick when i stay in revy.

  Best western hotels are now the only hotels I will stay in! I was on a work trip and was put in a hotel close by, within 45 minutes of being in the room there I could feel my sinuses plugging up. The heater was covered in dust, carpets look like they needed to be replaced 20 years ago. Went to go in their hot tub and on my way there I see a young boy peeing in the hot tub! 0 stars for that hotel, but Sally at the Best Western set me up in a very nice, clean room. Sally had the best customer service skills I have seen in YEARS! 10 stars for Sally! I did not have time to go in their beautiful hot tub, but it looked amazing with the steam rising off while I was enjoying their free continental breakfast. All freshly cooked food which was AMAZING!! And their waffles were fantastic too. I can't say enough about my awesome experience in this hotel. If you are looking to book a hotel in Revelstoke, or anywhere else I'm sure, Best western is the absolute best value! My first couple days in Revelstoke while staying at the other hotel I was saying I would never come back to Revelstoke, but Sally and Best Western hotels absolutely changed my mind! I will likely return for a personal trip with my family and we will for sure be staying at the Best Western. Look no further, this is the hotel you want!

  We’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times, and Gurveer from the front desk recognized us from our previous visit — he was great as always! Excellent service, yummy breakfast, and a wonderful outdoor hot tub.
