They were diligent in helping me with whatever I needed, going that extra mile to make sure I was looked after. If we knew about construction right outside our room we would have stayed elsewhere and the internet in our room was not the best signal for using the smart TV. Hotel staff were nice and if the construction wasn't happening it was pretty quiet for being right downtown.
- VLVivian LOct 15, 20251.0We arrived at the hotel late in the evening after a long day of driving, completely exhausted and just wanting to have dinner and rest. However, the room we were given had not had its bed linens changed. Both beds had disgusting hair on them. After I complained, we were moved to another room, but it was the same,dirty sheets, hair on the bed, and even an unknown stain on one of them. My family was already very tired. When I complained again, a manager came and spoke to me very rudely, saying that all he could do was refund our money and ask us to find another hotel. It was already late at night, and my youngest child is only three years old. This was completely unreasonable and unacceptable! Only after I asked for the manager’s name did he finally call someone to replace the bed linens, and it still took about half an hour before anyone showed up. Later, while I was taking a shower and trying to rest, he knocked loudly on our door twice! It was truly a nightmare experience and not even a single apology was offered.
