- AAAnnieOct 26, 20253.0Nice hotel clean rooms very very accommodating now i say very very because a few months back the family had stayed there and got to witness a front desk employee with a grey suit with a another guest flirting and talking explicit to each other while exchanging numbers the young guest was clearing under the influence and very young looking they had mentioned about texting and meeting in one of the rooms! Lol like i said very accommodating lol

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns immer sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker, auch hier freundliches Personal, wobei eine Mitarbeiterin sogar deutsch gesprochen hat. Also auch für solche Leute eine gute Anlaufstelle, deren Englisch nicht so gut ist, oder die einfach mal ein Stück zuhause haben wollen. Eine rundum tolle Erfahrung!

However the hot tub jets are out of order, and the hotel staff have failed to notify guests despite this having been an on going issue for months according to the maintenance staff! Worse yet when bringing this to the attention of front desk staff, he pretended to have no idea about the jets not working. When I brought it to his attention that staff has already told us it had been months and I didn't appreciate him lying to my husband about the ongoing issue, he just deflected and said a different staff member had told him the hot tub had been perfectly operational!! Shocking behaviour. (again we had already discussed the issue with maintenance staff and been informed the jets had been not working for months!!)
