    I haven't needed to use the services very much . The complimentary breakfast is good. And a cool pancake machine . I find that the rooms are a bit pricey tho for what is offered. Outdoor pool at this time of year is never it.

    We had a wonderful experience with Karen, the general manager. She was extremely kind and helpful, and assisted us with our booking. The room was clean and a comfortable size, and the staff were all very friendly to us — and to our dog.

    My stay at Best Western was pleasant overall, with a great breakfast that offered plenty of variety. I'm rating 4 stars due to the check-in process. They tried to charge me for the stay (which I almost paid because I was tired and thought it was just the deposit) because they couldn’t see my gift card payment in their system. It took awhile but they had to check the other system to see it, excuse was they don't normally check that sytem. Well maybe they should or change their process to notify them.
