  I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Natalie during my stay today. When I made my reservation online, there was no option to select a room facing away from the highway. After arriving on my floor, I realized that my room was facing the highway. I returned to the front desk to inquire about the possibility of changing rooms. Unfortunately, the first staff member I spoke with seemed unwilling to assist or make any adjustments. Thankfully, Natalie stepped in and treated me with genuine kindness and patience. Instead of simply turning me away, she went the extra mile to check once more and discovered that there was indeed a room available on the quieter side of the building. She kindly arranged the change for me without hesitation. Her warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference in my experience. Because of Natalie, I feel welcomed and valued as a guest. She completely changed my impression of the situation, and it is because of her that I now feel very positively about this hotel.

  We recently stayed at the Best Western in Pitt Meadows for a week. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, the location was convenient, and the property itself felt comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options, though the fruits were not always fresh, which was a bit disappointing. However, housekeeping definitely needs improvement. During our entire week-long stay, the room and washroom were never cleaned. Toiletries were also not restocked, even after we reminded the staff multiple times. This was frustrating and took away from an otherwise positive stay. With better attention to housekeeping and maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

  Great place. Everything you can expect from the standard of a Best Western. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Nice workout room. Lots of parking. Lots of amenities nearby.

  This was the grossest hotel I've ever had the mispleasure of having stayed at in my entire life. The room smelled musty, there were stains on all blankets, and the drapes. The pillows stunk like they've never been washed too. I was so disgusted with everything that I had to strip the mattress bare, slept in my clothes and used my dog blanket. Absolutely horrendous experience. I had to book an Airbnb to stay in, and if I had anywhere else to stay that night I would have not been there. As I cannot respond without editing my review... I'll mention that I did very much voice My distance with this room. And the only way to rectify this horrible experience would be to refund my money for this nightmare. I will call your manager tomorrow, and again voice My horrendous experience with this establishment.

  Edit: We did not book through your website; we booked through Trivago (though Expedia says "pet friendly" too). I see no reason to advertise as "pet friendly" when you only accept dogs. Just advertise as "dog friendly." Other hotels have no problem with this type of clear communication. This response makes it seem like you have no control over your marketing, and maybe you don't. Also, we have not received any refund yet, since that too is out of your control apparently. "My apologies" for the negative review. It was nice that you held up your end of the contract for at least one night :) Original review: There are many places to stay in this region. My wife and I chose this one because it is "pet friendly." However, cats are apparently not considered pets and are not allowed. It would be nice to know this before booking and paying. Please update your advertising. This is so simple to fix.
