  our “GO TO” hotel every time we visit the city.. we’ve been happy for the past 2 years we’re staying at this hotel but since last stay on Psring Break everything changed! We always come around noon for check in and I’m aware the check in time is 4pm, they always accommodate us POLITELY and making sure we get in since we have a toddler with us and can get some rest after long travels but today NOPE.. waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours.. when we got in to our room, the TV is not working and the bathroom stinks and smell of urine, told the Manager and they have it fixed. They gave us discount due to TV malfunction.. To make our stay even worst is when we checked out, I asked the the front desk that I cannot sign out on the TV ( they have a feature that you can sign in with your own account in Netflix and Youtube) which works great for us. She even asked me why did I sign in? which is supposed to be none of her business.. instead of fixing it for me, she told me it will reset by itself once I checked out. Told her, it didn’t since we already checked out. I have to ask someone to go back to the room to prove it, and guees what, it DID NOT sign out… and she told me that she didn’t know.. I was telling her from the beginning which is she’s not listening and believing me from the get go… why not trust or listen to your customer when they’re trying to explain the issue? definitely wouldn’t recommend this place anymore!!!!! After staying here numerous times I think it’s about time to let go of this hotel for us…

  The man at the desk (David?) when we checked in on Mar 30 evening really set the tone perfectly. The thermostat in our room was obviously not working and our room was very warm when we walked in. Went to the desk and he immediately moved us to a different room, apologizing and giving us a little gift bag of snacks for our troubles. Awesome! We also asked where we could buy a little amount of milk so we could have some milk in our coffee in our room as we would be up before the buffet opened in the morning and he went and grabbed some for us in a cup. That was so helpful and saved us a bunch of effort. Greatly appreciated! There is a mall with a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants right across the highway - easy walking distance. This was a perfect place for us to stay when visiting relatives in the area.

  Great hotel! Clean and cozy rooms with a nice atmosphere. The jacuzzi was a highlight — perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!

  Very clean, one of their Staff members, Dave was an absolute delight, also the breakfast staff were very helpful. We came to a sports tournament but would come again.

  Great hotel, clean, staff is great. Continental Breakfast is very generous. If you don’t need to be right in the city this place is great. Was my second stay and I will be back.
