  I always stay with Best Western. I am Diamond member and stay in this location many times over the year because of work. It was good experience to stay here before. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. However..... I stay here couple days for work. I always give my member card when check in. My office book the room for me but I alway give my membership for points. Never has issue with any other location including this one before. The manager told me he can not enter my membership in the system unless he got confirmation with my office.... No problem, my office emailed and called to give permission. Confirmed with manager that he will enter my membership in the system. Couple weeks later we still not receive the point. Called Bestwestern head office. They said my membership has never been entered. Called this hotel and speak with the same manager. He said he entered and told me to check couple days later. Checked 1 week later... same answer from head office. The lady said the manager here never put my information in..... She is nice enough to enter it for me this time so we got the points. Call the manager again to ask why he did not enter my info. He changed his attitude and said there is nothing he can do then hanged up. What a liar. I would never stay in this location again.

  We love this place! The service here is always great. We enjoyed our breakfast here as there’s always lots of variety. The pool and hot tub set up is our favourite each year we do our Apex resort trip, we stay here and enjoy it each time.

  2 days before our arrival and you send me an email that the pool/hot tub are closed for renovations. Turns out they had already been closed and scheduled to be closed for the next month. When I made the reservation online there was nothing on their website about it even though I made my reservation during the closure. No apologies, so now I'm scrambling to find a new hotel. Had another best western booked for later in the trip, canceled both and won't ever support them again

  Where do I begin? First I will go with positive. Check in and check out went well. Looks like way back in time it may have been a nice hotel with the courtyard and grounds. Got to our room and it was spacious enough but very dated. I had a bug in my bed. Not cool. Very difficult to open the patio door and while on the ground floor could hear everything above us. Lots of what I believe was racoon shit in the courtyard. Pool was closed. Breakfast was decent. What happened to Best Western? Very disappointing. Terrible price for what you get

  We stayed recently in a 2 bedroom suite. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and it was a tight squeeze. But it was perfect for just the one night. The breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Heather at the front desk was wonderful and friendly when we checked in. The pool was out of commission however that had been communicated to us a few days before which was greatly appreciated!
