The service at the front desk was top notch, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was really impressive. We will be making this hotel our go-to when in Penticton, and would highly recommend it to others

- RBR BOct 23, 20252.0Spent three days, was in kitchenette suite. So let's be clear, the entire place is far past its Prime. The only reason I stayed was for the breakfast, it is from 7:30am till 10:30am. Excellent times and as is the breakfast, the room(s) are in need of complete renovation. The indoor and outdoor pools are nice, location is good with a mall & beach close by. I had no issues with staff and found them to be very kind and helpful. Would I stay again ? Probably not, the rooms are just too old and dated. They have that "smell" you get from decades of no updating. The parking areas have pavement up rooting from the trees, the steps are horrible to use. *Maybe the manager can let the girl running the breakfast to please treat your guests like "guests" and not interrogating them to make sure they are not walking off the street for a free meal. Show a little respect please 🙏
