  We've stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years. Great staff. The rooms are clean but need an update. I like that they've started replacing the carpets with laminate, it's way cleaner. (We've never had a room that looks like the one in the pictures though 🤪) Best breakfast that we've had at any Best Western.

  Free breakfast, big courtyard for our dog to hang out in, fun old butt burning slides, 2 pools, easy parking, amazing service and walking distance to lots of good restaurants and the lake! Highly recommend.

  Location isn’t bad. The Inn is an older place. We booked a room there and when we got to the room, it smelled highly of stale smoke. Talk to Heather at the front desk and her only solution was to give us an air freshener Then asked for another room and was told there weren’t any others made up Upon looking at the room further, the curtains were ratty, and there was black mould in the bathroom Asked Heather for a refund and she told me she couldn’t do that. Asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager was off until Monday We booked a room at another hotel for our weekend Upon returning home, I tried to contact the manager and was told she was in meetings, so I left a message on her voicemail. I have yet to hear back from her. Filed a complaint with best western and I’m waiting for a reply. Our suggestion is to stay clear of this Place. Terrible hotel even worse customer service, especially when they’re charging $179 a night plus tax If I could go lower than a one star, I would

  I've stayed here a number of times before, and the service is usually good. It was fantastic on my last visit, as I hadn't pre-booked early check-in, but had a Zoom meeting before check-in time. My room wasn't done being cleaned yet, but the front desk agent shuffled some things around to get me into a new room so that I had a quiet place to have my meeting. She was funny & polite. The rooms at this hotel have become very outdated, but are sufficient. I hope that they start renovating rooms in the near future.

  Rooms are old and dated, but very clean. We were on the bottom floor and you can hear everyone walking above you. We booked this hotel because we had a dog. Decent hotel for the price.
