From the very professional and couteous Brandon at check-in who was so friendly and accommodating to anicipating our every comfort. To meeting the charming dining host Saurabh at Sol, to having Fritz greeting us the next morning. Excellence. We ended up changing plans and extending our stay as this staff was able to attend to our needs and comfort and ensure our stay was wonderful. Havin had a slight concern on a matter, this team comes together to ensure the highest standard of customer service is delivered. An absolute pleasure and we will be coming back!

Potato was described as roasted but was just a microved potato chopped up. The salad was a bowl of lettuce with 4 cherry tomatoes. I suspect the fish was also microwaved not baked. Very disappointed. Worst of all. We were the first guests in the door. They forgot our order. The waitress was visiting with another staff member and didn't check on our order for over half an hour. They didn't even make an effort to get our appetizer to us. We waited over an hour for our food. We were one of two tables in the restaurant.

There was no room service till after 4 pm, but since I was on holiday, I wanted to take an afternoon nap. We had to get fresh towels ourselves. The people at the reception were helpful and friendly. I should mention that the room was clean.
