  This place is a joke management didn't bring in people to clean rooms so they had a shortage in rooms causing price incresement in off-season. Avoid this hotel and go somewhere better in osoyoos.

  Terrible customer service, worked a 10hr shift then drove from Richmond to Osoyoos Holiday Inn. Wait 10 mins in the lobby nobody is at the front desk, then when they arrive they tell me I cancelled my reservation even though I have a confirmation email from the third party app who I booked through. I speak to the 3rd party provider and they confirm that it wasn’t them who cancelled the room and that it was the Holiday Inn that cancelled my room. I travel for work and stay in hotels 5 days a week using the same third party app for all my bookings and they never let me down. I would stay clear of this hotel this is the second time I’ve had issues with them and bookings, go down the road in any direction and you will find a better place to stay.

  It's the staff that make this place extra special. From the very professional and couteous Brandon at check-in who was so friendly and accommodating to anicipating our every comfort. To meeting the charming dining host Saurabh at Sol, to having Fritz greeting us the next morning. Excellence. We ended up changing plans and extending our stay as this staff was able to attend to our needs and comfort and ensure our stay was wonderful. Havin had a slight concern on a matter, this team comes together to ensure the highest standard of customer service is delivered. An absolute pleasure and we will be coming back!

  Beautiful location, we enjoyed the lake view, The Owl Pub up the street had excellent food 😀

  The staff member who checked us in was excellent and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was not as described. It was poorly prepared. Potato was described as roasted but was just a microved potato chopped up. The salad was a bowl of lettuce with 4 cherry tomatoes. I suspect the fish was also microwaved not baked. Very disappointed. Worst of all. We were the first guests in the door. They forgot our order. The waitress was visiting with another staff member and didn't check on our order for over half an hour. They didn't even make an effort to get our appetizer to us. We waited over an hour for our food. We were one of two tables in the restaurant.
