  The lady at the front desk in the early afternoon of Fri, March 6 was extremely accommodating! I was very happy to see the room was in great condition, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spotless, and the water pressure was good. I frequently travel to and around Vancouver by car, and I like to stay in this area. I usually stay two businesses down at North Vancouver Hotel, but will try to get this place next time. SureStay deserves a higher rating for the quality and value. -Free parking & close to your actual room -If you want to go out for dinner, the bus lines to Lonsdale Quay and downtown are steps away and you won't have to deal with finding/paying for parking -Close to 99 if you will be heading north to ferries or Whistler -Safety: area is safe, property feels secure, and I have never had an issue while walking around or staying in this area -Traffic can be heavy getting into the hotel, so you may want to go around the block and approach the hotel from the right side of the street

  Very friendly cleaning staff. My daughter lost her AirPods on the street and one of their staff found them and held onto them until we could pick them up.

  An economical option for budget conscious individuals. Good rooms and maintained well. You have to ask the front desk to have daily cleaning though? Would appreciate more electrical outlets in the rooms as we're in the age of electrical devices controlling our daily activities. Probably the best location for access to downtown Vancouver, the North Shore and Whistler, Squamish and Horseshoe Bay. Will definitely stay again...

  This is more like a motel, the service was great the front desk was very friendly. The location is fairly good, quite place to rest while the bus station is nearby. There are not much daily necessaries inside, there are no bathroom doors which i hated the most, and there are no plugs for the showering sink so I cannot bath... But fair for the price, recommended for people like me traveling alone and dont have much money
