Shar, and especially Devon, have always taken great care of me! Devon is always cheerful yet professional, ensuring a comfortable stay. I'll be staying at the Northgate whenever I visit the island, because you just can't beat the great service!

The front desk staff were helpful, friendly and interested in us. They went above and beyond. Thank you. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We only needed our room cleaned several times and they made sure we had enough coffee, bath products to tide us over. There was plenty of room in the workout room for a couple people to do mat workouts at the same time. It opened at 6 am but the front staff were nice enough to open it a little earlier if I wanted. Laundry room was clean and new machines. My husband went for breakfast every morning and was very impressed with the food available. We highly recommend the Best Western Northgate Inn in Nanaimo and we will definitely be back.
