This is a decent enough hotel, but it isn't without issues. The good - the service and staff are excellent. Kind, quick, welcoming. The halls and actual room were clean and quiet. The bed was decent, and the furniture was in good shape. Very no-frills basic stuff. The cons - the morning road noise is rough, but that's to be expected so close to the highway. Major breakfast items like waffle mix were already gone about 40 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to actually be closed. And lastly our kiddo cut her foot on a sharp edge in the swimming pool, and has been sick for a couple days since swimming there. We needed to grab a Band-Aid from the front desk, then had to disinfect it and all that. Make of that what you will - I don't recommend swimming at all. I think the overall user rating for this hotel is pretty accurate. Good in a pinch, but a bit dated and flawed.

Honestly, the rooms were well kept. But the bathroom fan in our room wasn’t working so with every shower our room would heat up and get so much condensation. The pool and hot tub was AMAZING for lack of people in it, but unfortunately the hot tub was very mild, lukewarm almost, and the pool music didn’t work which was also kind of a let down. What made the place amazing for me was the people. Lisa at the breakfast bar was absolutely lovely, I adored her- she had my friend and I laughing nonstop! The girl at the front desk- I meant to ask her name before I left but she was unfortunately on the phone- but she was scheduled monday Feb 9, I talked to her a few times from 11am- her and Lisa deserve a raise! They’re so incredibly sweet and just overall lovely to talk to. Answered all my questions; very personable, etc.

Great renovations. Everything is so fresh and new. Too bad the hot tub was only the tepid temperature of a bath. Was very disappointing as we chose to pay extra to visit here because of the hot tub due to mobility issues
