Breakfast was delicious and many hot and cold options. Only complaint is my niece was really looking forward to swimming and a hot tub. Was closed for maintenance and hadn't informed us if that. I decided this morning to take an extra 15 minutes of sleep over visiting their complimentary breakfast before checking out. As I was checking out, the breakfast attendant came up to me and asked if I wasn't getting breakfast. I said no, I really had to get to work and I chose sleep this morning over breakfast. He then asked if he could gather me some items for my day to go. He grabbed me a muffin, apple, banana and yogurt and delivered it to me at the check out desk in a to go bag. I have never had that extra attention and care as a guest at a hotel ever, and I stay at a lot of hotels throughout the BC Interior due to work. This level of customer service should be celebrated and I will certainly remember this for years to come. Thank you for making my stay even better and ensuring that I start my work day off right.
