- TATayler AndersonNov 6, 20255.0I have stayed at this hotel a number of times for work, and I must say this was the best time yet thanks to their breakfast attendant. I decided this morning to take an extra 15 minutes of sleep over visiting their complimentary breakfast before checking out. As I was checking out, the breakfast attendant came up to me and asked if I wasn't getting breakfast. I said no, I really had to get to work and I chose sleep this morning over breakfast. He then asked if he could gather me some items for my day to go. He grabbed me a muffin, apple, banana and yogurt and delivered it to me at the check out desk in a to go bag. I have never had that extra attention and care as a guest at a hotel ever, and I stay at a lot of hotels throughout the BC Interior due to work. This level of customer service should be celebrated and I will certainly remember this for years to come. Thank you for making my stay even better and ensuring that I start my work day off right.

Lots of free parking & even lots of room for larger size trucks. Plenty of great options for places to eat within walking distance of the hotel as well.

I’ve been at holidays inns across North America, and NONE of them have someone this attentive and personable. 0 Stars for the lady at the check out desk. Didn’t even look me in the eye when I was checking out, just pointed at the box. Not even a how are ya. How was your stay, nothing. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience cause I made her look up from her phone. Like. Ok. I guess.
