- NANeil Armstrong2 days ago5.0Due to travel issues, we were forced to spend the night in Kelowna. Without our luggage & a couple of hotels with no vacancies, we lucked out & booked a room at this Holiday Inn Express. Tired & with only the clothes on our back, we received excellent customer service from Mide at the front desk. She was very pleasant & took great care in our plight & provided us with some much needed toiletries. Our room was very clean & the next morning, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast & again were greeted by a very friendly & courteous staff. Five stars to everyone at this hotel for a great stay all around👏🏾

After brining this to the attention of the front desk, they tried to offer us $20 off our stay per night, and only after multiple follow-ups, we were able to get a refund. I needed to get all of my belongings treated after our stay which unfortunately resulted in by bag getting ruined. I ended up paying more than the total cost of the room in the aftermath of staying here. We unfortunately do a lot of business with this hotel, and I would actuation anyone staying here unless it is absolutely necessary.
