We'll I was there about 3 weeks and they charged me 700 days for a non refundable pet deposit. What a pile of crap. They didnt even tell me about it till I went to extend my stay. Lol I didnt extend my stay and I could not afford the 700.

- BWBroken Wizard6 days ago1.0Terrible....just terrible. Had a nightmare trip with my fiance...she was under alot of pressure and lost her wallet on the way at an a&w. Going for possible cancer diagnosis .we had the card number and all relevant info for the booking including recipts on the phone. They told us without the card we couldnt stay even though the room was paid for...it was their policy.... but we could call someone we knew and give them their personal credit card info. sent us off and we drove 4 hours home. Will be putting this into corp. like i said we had a nightmare trip and the best western in kelowna was only too helpfull to make it worse. Please consider this and choose a better option while visiting kelowna.

It was not properly cleaned and had visible Mould on ceiling tile above bathtub. Visible pieces of hair and dirt could easily be seen. I advise potential guests to be aware of unsanitary conditions that they may experience. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
