Even tho it is their spa. Spa doors were locked as they were with another client so I could not use their bathroom either.

As a Best Western Rewards Member for Many Years I normally only stay in Best western hotels. I received a phone call from the Kelowna hospital telling me to be there on Friday Dec 12 at 7:00 AM. I went onto the BW reservation App and got a price for 4 days. I called the hotel and asked if they gave Hospital discounts, they said YES! Absolutely, I asked for the price for 4 days and it was higher than the posted rates on the BW app. I called the manager and left a message, please call me. Still have no heard a thing! So now We are staying at the Ramada.

I have been in the hotel service industry for 15 years and I must say this was a bad choice..good luck
