  A great spot for central needs. Easily accessible by foot to many shopping needs as well as great restaurants. If you like pub style food you gotta try the burgers!! TO DIE FOR! If you want to enjoy your stay in Kelowna this is the place you want to Be!

  Great hotel actually, comfortable beds and pillows, centralized, location, lots of amenities around… The only thing that was a bit of a negative would be the pub attached to the hotel was extremely overpriced for low quality food. There is a 15% discount but does not make up the difference as far as value goes. Staff was really helpful and accommodating, I would definitely stay there again! Great value

  Main negative: stayed in Tower room, 3rd floor. The room smells of meat, frying oil and a bit like a butcher/meat department, due to the 97 Street Pub being right across the lobby. It is likely that the exhaust form the pub vents close enough to the air intake of the hotel to permeate this floor, maybe all, or some others, with this smell. I think the smell is more noticeable if you don't eat meat and strong-smelling foods (onions, garlic etc). And especially if you are vegan. Otherwise, the room gets top marks for cleanliness, ample towels, very comfortable bedding (PLEASE CONSIDER ADDING FLAT PILLOWS), and is relatively quiet despite the main roads' proximity. The check-in staff was beyond reproach.

  Our family stayed in this hotel but we won't be coming back. Although the room was fine, a few things happened that made our stay uncomfortable. One night I was in the pool and after I swam for a while I noticed there were no towels. There were no staff around so I waited 30 minutes until I flagged someone down and asked him to find someone to help me. I waited another 20 minutes and a staff member finally came but without a towel. She went to find someone else so I waited another 20 minutes until I finally got a towel. That was crazy! The free breakfast was fine, but when we went back in the evening to the restaurant it was a bar. My son being 16 wasn't allowed in so they put us down the hall in a big room with little light and just us there. It was super weird. Once in a while the server would come down there but we didn't enjoy it at all. It's run down and needs a reno too. And lastly, the baseball teams were there and invaded the pool a good part of the time we were there. Staff tried to get the security to come and deal with it but it was just too much. I counted 30 kids in that pool and it was a nightmare dealing with them and their parents.
