She came to this Holiday Inn after, and the reception desk initially didn't want to even speak to her, and then said they had no rooms. She asked for suggestions, because she'd just gotten out of the hospital, and they still acted pretty weird. Finally the guy at the desk said it was actually a glitch, and there were rooms. Pretty shameful that a hotel would act like this to a senior citizen in need.

The room was clean, spacious (we stayed in a 2 queen with a sofa bed) the beds were so comfy, pillows were just perfect. They had a keurig, mini fridge and a microwave. Honestly everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would def recommend staying here if you are in Kamloops! The hotel has a whitespot and is across from a delish sushi place. We didn’t get to check out the pool, so no comments there, but I’d still give this hotel a 5/5 ⭐️
