I felt that I was treated differently and experienced unprofessional behavior, including negative facial expressions and an unwelcoming attitude. As a paying guest, I expect to feel respected and comfortable during my stay. Because of this experience, I will prefer to choose a smaller hotel in the future where guests are treated more warmly. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure all guests feel respected and valued.
