We select hotels with pools so the kids can unwind after a day of travelling in the car and even they didn't want to use the pool. For the most part the hotel was OK but definitely not up to the standard we expect at the Holiday Inn chain. Our next annual trip will be the first in years that we will choose a different hotel while in Kamloops

My daughters were stranded on their way to my home for Christmas after an accident shut down the highway and when I phoned to secure them a room, he was happy to take my reservation. He worked with me to allow me to pre-pay for them which was crucial. My daughters were very happy with the accommodations. They found their check in process easy and the front desk staff to be very friendly. When they got to their room, they found their room clean and comfortable. They were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the complimentary breakfast options. Highly recommend this hotel.

You truly have an amazing human being working for you!!!! Huge thank you to the front desk that accommodated us with the breakfast bar use.

When I told the front desk, it seemed to be too much trouble to do something about it as it was midnight. In the morning I was offered bonus points which also couldn't be given as there was no manager on duty. The worst Holiday inn I've ever stayed in. Stay away! What a joke for $200/night for a standard room.
