- ICInfo Communication3 days ago5.0Trip 1; amazing they kept the towels going even with hosting a hockey team which wasn’t what we experience in many hotels since we travel a lot in large groups with sports! Absolutely wonderful and super accommodating! Trip 2; back to Kamloops and chose to stay here again because the location is safe and secure and we had such a good experience before! The slide is great for the kids and the breakfast is spacious and easy! It’s a great place to stay and this is our top hotel that’s decently priced and provides everything you need! If you forget a tooth brush or anything they also can provide you one at the front desk they are super accommodating! Thank you for being such a well rounded facility and with me having a degree in hospitality and tourism and having a cleaning company this hotel meets my standards for travel.

I'm sure they'll do better and I will stay again in the future and check that there's improvement. Bumping service to 5 star. - Dirty run down room. Just wanted to send a note about the dirty room we stayed in. Feb 1 & 2 room 328. We checked in earlier the left our stuff and continued on doing business through the evening and came in and went straight to sleep without really inspecting the room. It wasn't very clean. Bedding seemed ok but the rest of the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Here's a few photos. Dirty bathroom door, dirty blinds, something disgusting on the air conditioner and garbage in the window sill from previous customers. I never complained until checkout because I was just to tired to do it and take the time to move rooms etc. I just figured well the bed seems clean just don't touch anything else. You may want to up your cleaning game on that floor.

I thought it could be the hockey team boys that we saw were staying here but it continued from midnight to 9 am randomly and loudly. When I called the front desk at 3:00 am, they denied it could be some thing mechanical. Worst sleep in a long time: a total of 3 hours with my head at foot of bed and ear plugs in with pillow over my head and fan on high.
