We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed us to have a perfect night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The location is excellent — close to main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for all tastes. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

I really enjoyed my stay. The reception staff was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. I had a room on the 5th floor with a pretty mountain view. I've stayed in other DoubleTrees before and this location exceeded my expectations. Would stay here again if I am in the area!

Stayed at the Double Tree here in Kamloops for work this week and it was fantastic! The front desk staff/management were great, always friendly and ready with one of those cookies and coffee pods. The gym (although small) did have a Peloton which was a great suprise and they also had made arrangements at the YMCA (2 min walk away) for guests to use. So thoughtful and helpful. Sufiyan (front desk) was great and I really appreciated him going above and beyond. This was a great stay, close to a grocery store and a vibrant downtown. Thank you Double Tree Kamloops! It will definitely be my first choice when in town.

I was at this location for a business trip. While the room itself was ok, the stay qas quite unpleasant. Restaurant: I was part of a larger group attending an event. Breakfast was included in our booking. Breakfast took over 45 minutes to arrive… coffee over 30. That was on every morning even when there was only myself and one other guest. The staff was rude and very dismissive. Check in: Was ok but I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. I have to say though, the young lady I met after I went for a run - she was lovely! Very helpful too. The room: it was comfortable but the thermostats didn’t work. The room was very warm. Overall, I was disappointed in my stay. I really expected more out of this chain.

We stayed while a family member was in the hospital. Great location walking distance. Cleaners came in daily, hotel was clean and the restaurant had great food and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again
