- LJL JNov 17, 20251.0This hotel is absolutely horrific. Room service is poor, bed is not made for days! Dirty towels are left on the floor for days on end. Mud in the hallway is swept against the wall then left there.the front desk has no change for the guest laundry! Absolutely pure laziness, staff can't even put away the supplies after 3 days!!! The hotel doesn't need to reply to this review, the owner or manager will do absolutely nothing to rectify the numerous problems, saying your sorry for the inconvenience is only bs! The hotel doesn't care about guests! Just the revenue!!!!!!!The Pomeroy hotel next door is absolutely amazing. Customer appreciation is 100 times better.

The hotel is run down and not even close to the standard you would expect from a holiday inn..the staff are horrible to deal with and have zero problem solving skills. For the price it is a rip off. There are better cleaner options available. Avoid this place !
