    Very surprised at the quality. Service was exceptional. It was very quiet around the holidays, so I can't speak to what it's like when it's busy... But we would definitely come back!

    This hotel is in a great safe location. The parking lot is well lit. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly but not attentive or overly helpful. Breakfast met standards but was mediocre at best. Beds are not comfortable and most rooms have only 1 queen bed. Seems like they are doing what it takes to meet Hilton standards but just barely and nothing more.

    Would love to know if anyone has ever been successful booking their complimentary shuttle from the airport or if it's just a gimmick to get bookings and is denied upon request due to "no availability" Disappointing that management doesn't want to make things right and ensure alternate transportation is provided (ie taxi) when the shuttle is *not available* with a weeks notice
