What kind of audacity!!! Second the manager is rarely up front, I know im on camera and she can see im waiting, but even after her fellow employee tells her im waiting, i still wait a other 10min for her to come out of her room. To boot, the reason I was waiting and the request I made again was not fulfilled. It is an embarrassment to the manager AND the hotel staff combined. Maybe the microtel would prefer my $20,000 because this is unacceptable
