  Enjoyed a recent 5 night stay. Genuine friendly staff and the best breakfast choices, quality and service. The hotel was conveniently located, quiet, clean and comfortable. The outdoor hot tub was great as was the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

  The room was clean and roomy. The outdoor hot tub was also really great. The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff was welcoming, so I have no complaints about that either. However, I am not satisfied with the front desk staff as they attempted to over-charge me for two extra person. I explained that the total I paid already included four people to the front desk staff upon check in. He did take out the extra charge. BUT I WAS CHARGED AGAIN WITHOUT CONSENT the next day. I asked the front desk during check out why I was charged. She was rude and told me there was miscommunication between the staffs without apologizing. She said she would reverse the charge but not willing to disclose any info after that. I still have not received my refunds as of today. Extremely dissatisfied of the service provided by the front desk staff. Very unpolite and not welcoming. Being treated like this as a Diamond Select member is very questionable to the management of this hotel. Response to the manager: The fees should have not been there in the first place. I provided a proof of my payment from my BW app which clearly stated that the total I paid was for 4 adults. I just added the proof of payment to this review. I have not heard a thing about waving fee from the front desk staff. In fact, she was being defensive in the beginning and said I was wrong until I provided the proof of payment. But regardless, the front desk team will definitely need some more training. One positive note though - your breakfast staffs are super friendly with great service.

  Location is really nice. Fernie is a great town. Nothing wrong with the hotel, but also nothing special. It is a standard Best Western. As far as breakfasts go it was above similar hotel chains.

  This hotel is well located and well maintained. Everything clean and functions well. Attached Boston Pizza is great. Staff friendly and helpful. Great pool area including an outdoor hot tub.
