The pool was a bit small, more of a square shape and was kind of difficult to swim in with a few families also using it. The breakfast had a lot of variety! Even gluten free bagels which was nice! We have travelled widely and stayed in many hotels, including some of the best in North America. This hotel is one of the best we have experienced. The staff are impeccable, friendly at the greeting and attentive throughout our stays. The hotel is spotless and clean. When we first arrived the front desk clerk obviously noted a wine bottle in our carry on. A few minutes after we settled in to our room, a quiet knock, and there he was with two wine glasses, and a smile. There have been other examples. Your brand is in very safe hands and the owners of this particular Comox property deserve congratulations. If you have internal recognition, we would most certainly nominate them. We whole heartedly recommend this property for a stay.
