This hotel shows signs of deterioration and is overdue for a serious renovation. In the plus side, the rooms are clean and quiet and the ventilation system works well. There are some king rooms that do have elevator access. The price does not reflect the current status of this property. A few more dollars provides a much better experience at the hotel across the street.
