Terrible customer service they over book rooms before confirming customers are leaving no courtesy call nothing. Stayed there almost 2 weeks and not once did my room get cleaned or towels/bedding changed and all there wall air freshners are out of batteries so they continously beep. If they are to lazy to change batteries or remove them makes me wonder what else there skip out on....

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location is terrific for easy access to the highway and surrounding area. The room was clean but dated. The exterior of the building, including the underground parking lot has discarded mattresses, couches and other items stacked around. Looks unkempt.
