  Me and a group of my friends spent two nights at room 216 at this hotel for a school band trip consisting of over 100 students ranging throughout grade 9-10. For a fun movie night idea, we all agreed to watch the series ‘Bloodhound’ on Netflix on the hotel TV. Due to some unknown frustration, one of my friends had the bright idea to throw a pillow at the TV. Obviously, things went south, so we called the front desk for assistance to help reconnect the TV. We met with Emmanuel, who was super considerate and was able to reconnect it in 5 seconds after we tried to connect it for 10 straight minutes. Looking back, I am extremely impressed with Emmanuel’s reaction to the situation, as he was under a large amount of pressure since there was an ongoing phone call in the background with lots of unhelpful comments. In summary, I think I speak for our whole room when I say we are extremely satisfied with the performance of this hotel!

  This hotel gotta be a 100/5 if I could give it. It was 1:10 AM when Me and my few friends were trying to watch bloodhounds on Netflix but then my friend had the smart idea to throw a pillow at the tv completely breaking it down. That’s when we called room service and this professional manager named Emmanuel showed up. He stayed calm and fixed the tv letting me and my friends continue watching the show

  Emmanuel at the front desk at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Victoria really made our stay way better. Our TV wasn’t working, and it was a pretty frustrating moment, but he came in calm and handled it quickly without making it a big deal. He spoke in a kind, reassuring way that just made everything feel less stressful, and even his firm handshake gave that sense that everything was under control. It wasn’t just that he fixed the issue—it was how he treated us the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. Honestly, someone like Emmanuel deserves more than just a “good job”—he should be seriously considered for a promotion and a raise for going above and beyond. This is genuinely the place to go just because of the level of service he provides.

  The worst hotel experience of my life, all front desk staff were rude and over charged, Had called ahead asking if they would accept virtual visa debit and they agreed but once there they became abusive and wrote a note so each front desk treated me rudely, I didnt know or reason why was mistreated so seriously it caused a lot of stress, then the manager said "oh its because I wrote a note on your file we dont want you here because you paid virtual visa debit" excuse me rude, disrespectful unfair staff, you shoulve told me that when I politely called to ask FIRST! Dont say yes then write abusive notes against me so all your front desk staff treats me in an ugly manner. Either state yes or no. Ill never stay there again or at any Holidau Inn after this horrible experience.

  I had the best stay best sleep during my 2-weeks trip in Canada! All the staff are so nice welcoming us with warm smiles which is rare to be experienced in Vancouver. Breakfast is included with all my fav foodies, scrumble eggs (v yummy), pancakes, banana. Drinks corner is running 24hrs, appreciated to have hot water and hot coffee anytime :) The room is perfect! Nice view and clean, washroom amenities are Dove! Happy! Perfect stay, nothing to complain, and sure will come back! Holiday Inns made Victoria my favourite place in Canada other than Toronto :) thank you so much!
