Our Vancouver area accommodations are directly adjacent to Metropolis at Metrotown, the second largest shopping complex in western Canada with over 400 stores. - RRRobbieApr 9, 20265.0Room was extremely clean and comfortable. We were able to store our bags before and after check-in with no hassle. Location was excellent. And we got a lot of water bottles from them whenever we went in or out which was a nice convenience on a very active trip. Staff were super nice.
- RFRichard FullerApr 8, 20265.0At the Holiday inn Express Vancouver metrotown in Burnaby. I was really surprised by how nice the front staff is. By far best experience, I've had any of their hotels. There's plenty of underground parking. Easy access to multiple places in the area including the attached mall. Starbucks, Tim Hortons is right outside the front door and it's a short walking distance from another food court that reminds you of a Singapore hawker Center. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They also feature a rooftop pool and also a nice breakfast area with typical food. I'm my opinion the only drawback is a little bit of noise from the SkyTrain, but then hotel does include ear plugs and sleep therapy machines in the rooms for those who are sensitive to it. They have good processes in place to only guests inside the hotel. And access to the elevator. We will definitely stay here again!
