Also very run down hotel, for the amount I paid I won’t be back. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website

Then when I was eating my breakfast all the food items weren't heated correctly as most hot food items were cool, not warm or hot. Then as I was eating my bacon I found a small black hair in it. I have long dark hair so couldn't have been my own hair that accidentally fell into the food. Overall the experience here is mid level satisfaction. Not the worst but not the greatest either.

There was kids and people running across our room window multiple times banging and we were only there for 30 mins. We booked a room with king bed and full kitchen and the stove was from the 1980’s and there was no fridge with freezer just a mini fridge. The bathtub had huge pieces missing and rust formed where the pieces were gone and had mold all around. It was not even acceptable as a 2-3 star location. Did not feel safe and will NEVER book this location. Elevator smelt of drugs and cigarettes and felt very unsafe for me and my family.

Customer service from Aruna ji was beyond appreciation and any hotel should learn from her how to deal with clients and give them a 11/10 customer experience!!
