- ASAndrew StewartJan 4, 20264.0Great stay for a good price in Burnaby. The rooms are very spacious which is nice. The beds were quite comfortable and they offered to change the sheets daily. Yes this is technically a motel layout, but you feel safe with good security, lighting, and sturdy doors and locks. The only downside is you could hear the people above us partying; not the hotels fault but noise reduction between rooms wasnt great. Good amenities. Clean gym, laundry available, and small but nice outdoor pool. Free breakfast is good for the price, but is basic breakfast food as you might expect. They only have one option for meat daily, but the waffle and pancake machines are good. Service was excellent and the location is very convinient. 10 minute walk to Metrotown and lots of activities. Would stay again if I was staying in Burnaby.
- JEJanice EeJan 1, 20261.0If I can give them a Zero star, I would. The security of the place is terrible. I left my watch on the sink, left the room and when I get back the watch was gone. House keeping stole my Apple Watch and the owner of the place just denied it. They told me that the housekeeper staff was off and when I asked the next day, they continue to tell me that housekeeping staff is off. I asked them to see the CC TV videos and they didnt do it till the last day, again citing that the CCTV guy can came only come in the next day and refused to take accountability of it even though the watch is showing its Location around the area of the office. They kept dragging it out till finally my watch run out of battery and gone from the FIND MY app. Their plan was to drag out the whole incident till I had to leave the country. What makes me so furious is that they literally turn around and accuse me of losing the watch myself , implying that I am trying to frame them. That is the most insulting part of all this.

Also very run down hotel, for the amount I paid I won’t be back. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website
