Almost seemed like he hated his job when people out there are looking for jobs. Do not recommended this place along with best western overall as a chain until people like Ed are working there.

The room we booked into ( after paying a $300) deposit and $172. for the room. The room smelled terrible , and dirty. The bed spread on each of the beds was stained in many places , There was garbage in the room from previous guests and hair in the bathroom tub. Called the front desk to complain about the condition, 30 minutes later a lady came up to look. She laughed ! and said she would put us in a different room. The second room, had viable bugs ! big bugs on the pillow. We took the pillow down to the front desk the two workers spoke to each other in a different language and seemed annoyed that we brought down the pillow with the bugs on it ! they put us into a third room, at least the third room smelled better but the toilet did not flush ! it was very late and we were very tired from traveling, we just went to bed and left first thing in the morning. The checkout was equally as frustrating, we had a gentleman named ED who was extremely rude and condescending - i asked about my $300.00 deposit and he basically told me to check with my bank and it wasn't his problem. Very rude ! I will never set foot in this hotel again and if NO stars was a option, that's what i would of selected.

- JCJeehee ChungOct 2, 20251.0I stayed in room 236 from September 21st to 23rd for 2 nights and 3 days through OK Tour. I checked out because I left my walking shoes in the room. I checked with the guide and they said there were no shoes. Since it was a group tour, I was impatient and lost something, but they gave me an absurd answer that there was nothing. I think it is very common to lose things while traveling, but I don't understand why I can't find lost items in Canada, which I consider to be a developed country. The front desk staff at the breakfast restaurant were all very rude, and I was very upset that I lost something. As a frequent traveler, this is the first time I've experienced this kind of service. You wouldn't find this kind of service even in developing countries. If anyone were to ask me about staying at that hotel, I would strongly advise against it.
