  Truck broke down last night and all the parts stores were closed. Had to get it towed to a Lordco a couple blocks away from here. If I wasn't in a hurry and I showed up earlier it would have been a nice place to relax, they had a hot tub, a pool, and even a gym. Inside the room it was very clean, they had a Keurig in the room, and a smart tv so I could watch YouTube or log into my Netflix account. I only paid $143 for that, so I am most impressed at the price. I've stayed in more expensive rooms at other places that don't offer near as much. Best Western is the way to go.

  We were very happy with everything! The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the sound of the heater/ coolers blower too cover background noise and provide white noise. The bathrooms were spotless! The breakfast provided was pretty good too! Very happy with two stays in two different best western plus hotels.

  The hotel was conveniently located for us as we had a competition at the community center. Pool and hot tub were good, breakfast was fine. Room was clean. We didn’t have any issues. The only downside is the price doubled for the room from when I first looked at booking the trip to when I actual did book. Next time I will book well in advance for best prices.

  Recently stayed here as part of a wedding block. It took me 4 phone calls to even get through to someone to book the room. Then once I finally got to book it I told them arriving late Wednesday leaving Sunday. Upon arriving at the hotel they had only made our reservation until Saturday. I also never received a confirmation email about the dates as they said I would. We said we needed Sunday then found other accommodations and tried to cancel the next reservation since they made us make a second one and they would let us. When we were trying to cancel it Ed didn’t even look up our information. He said we booked through Expedia which we did not and didn’t even give us the right name assuming we were someone else.

  The daytime manager, Ed, verbally assaulted my spouse over a hotel policy issue related to an incorrect number of nights booked for a weekend kids’ hockey tournament. The hotel did not send an email confirmation of the booking, which contributed to the confusion. Not only not working through the issue, but threating to cancel the reservation out right and charge us more on top of the reservation. Instead of offering any reasonable solution or support especially given the circumstances. Ed was dismissive, confrontational, and unprofessional. He provided no alternatives, no accountability, and is actively gatekeeping access to the Hotel Manager Barry to address the situation. For a hotel hosting families and youth sports teams, this level of customer service is unacceptable. We expected professionalism and problem-solving, not hostility.
