  This was absolutely the worst experience ever—and it’s not the first time at this location. I thought it might be better now, but they proved me wrong. I booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and two kids. According to hotel policy and my booking, kids under 12 stay free, so I assumed we were fine, including my toddler. But after arriving from the U.S. at midnight, they told me I had to pay for an additional room. I ended up leaving my family and going to another place to stay. From now on, I will never, ever try to visit this location again. Terrible, just terrible. (Confirmation number: 611293430)

  Lady at front desk is rude no customer service, rude does not know how to talk and respect people, dirty rooms go somewhere else rather than being talked to rude get some customer service lady

  I booked the expensive room with the hot tub! But unfortunately the hot tub jet didn’t work! Half a carpet in the room was completely wet with moldy smell and we saw ants everywhere As We complain to the manager he denied and he said he doesn’t know anything about it!! I booked through the Expedia and I contacted them about the problem and I will contact the health department about that!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

  The hotel stay was plagued with issues from the start. I accidentally booked a room through the US site and was unable to get a refund, resulting in paying the higher rate. Upon arrival, the hotel enforced a policy limiting two people per room, despite the guest having booked a room for four. This led to additional charges for the guest’s 12year-old child is considered an adult. The check-in process was confusing, with changes to the room occupancy details without my consent, resulting in unauthorized charges. The rooms were not adjoining as requested, and the thin walls made the hotel very noisy. There were no designated smoking areas outside, causing smoke to enter the room. The front desk staff was unhelpful, with issues regarding towel availability and accusations of theft. The breakfast was inadequate, with limited options and a malfunctioning coffee machine. The bathroom was cramped, with a door that didn’t open fully. Overall, the guest experienced a frustrating and poorly managed stay.
