- RPRubí PAFeb 13, 20261.0I would put zero if I had the option, we booked a pet friendly room, they took our money in advance and when we arrived the receptionist did not allow us in, stating all pet friendly rooms where taken, being rude and not offering any kind of solution, worse experience ever. Whoever is in charge of setting the availability through booking, needs to learn how to synchronize it to whatever info they have in reception. After hours of traveling, the least you expect is to have the room you booked to rest in. Awful costumer service.
