    As a Diamond Select Best Western Rewards member, I have consistently chosen Best Western for my business travels. However, I was quite surprised that my recent stay at this location was not up to the standards I typically experience. Upon arrival, I found the room to be excessively warm, and the air conditioning unit was non-functional. While I understand the seasonal transition may present challenges, the lack of a functioning AC was disappointing. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested an update while I was away. Unfortunately, I received no communication regarding the status of the repair, and upon my return, there was no record of any service having been performed. The AC unit was running, but I later discovered an AC/heat switch located approximately two feet above eye level on the wall. Clearer instructions or a briefing upon check-in would have been helpful. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with the shower's temperature control, as the hot and cold settings were reversed. The WiFi was also inaccessible using my room number and last name. At that point, I chose not to further trouble the front desk. While I am unsure if upgraded rooms are available in the main building, the accommodations in the separate building appeared outdated, and the beds were uncomfortably firm. I resorted to using a decorative pillow for additional support. Regrettably, based on this experience, I will not be staying at this location in the future. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience.

    Leizeth was such a sweetheart!! We were having the worst weekend in recent memory and her amazing attitude and great customer service will not be forgotten anytime soon. We needed the pick me up. Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend.

    Right on the highway, great for hitting the road early, and the AC units are so loud you won't even hear the highway. Plenty of interesting things for the included breakfast, very well stocked though busy. The room was fine, I thought I had paid for a bigger room, but executive room means it comes with a kick-ass office chair. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Worse of bad hygent and clean up and house keeping . We were for 3 months evacuated of our home there and how many times we complain to the manager of hotel for bad clean up. She said that we will do it better , but when we asked to clean up team they said we don’t have time to more clean up . This is worsen thing in my whole life I had heard so bad customer service. Even maintaining we asked to stain removal they pass us to each other and nothing happened. If you can see my review as a CEO or manager of this company you have to regret put the name of this a hotel or customer service. I hope your business goes down soon and close by bad customer service. Shame on you

    Safe and clean room. Lobby and reception lackluster but have potential. Front desk was not manned when I arrived and waited to check in. Upon check in, great service!! Getting to the room, large disappointment; room was cold and uninviting. As stated, felt safe in the room, window unit AC was off when arrived, but promptly turned on to cool the room. Stayed on the 3rd floor (306) and had ZERO view, of anything. Lights in room were hospital BRIGHT, and less "cool" light than I like. No way to change the temp of the light. Bathroom towels were too light and thin. Everything in the room felt cheap and "thrown together". Too much empty space. Linoleum floors vs carpet. Bummer was, the extension cord to the fridge was unplugged and my products in the fridge didn't stay cooled. The "gym" is a sad, sad (very sad) place; as an avid athlete it lacks many of the staples expected in a modern day gym. Dumbbells started at 2.5lbs and went up to 15lbs. Wait, what? If you are an athlete or in training for anything, be prepared to do room body weight workouts in the room.... The bed was comfortable, I'll give them that. Mattress sheet is fitted and not tucked. Slept well, but be sure to turn off the WALL UNIT AC/HEATER unit, so it doesn't disturb your sleep. Overall first experience at a B-Dubbwa and would not recommend....sorry folks.
