- PCPhillip ClayNov 15, 20252.0I am a long time Hilton member but lately I’ve noticed the hotel chain starting to be less than responsive to customer issues. I traveled this week and stayed at two different Hilton hotels - including this one in Yuma - and both times had problems with my bill. I reserved and had confirmation of my reserved / guaranteed price but at check out the price on the invoice was wrong. While some might not complain or worry (or even check the final bill) I have to supply these receipts to my company for reimbursement. So having to pay $9 and $10 out of my own pocket because the hotel can’t honor the reserved price is unacceptable. Note - when I reviewed my bill at the desk before departing I caught their error and was told it couldn’t be changed. The guy behind the desk dismissed me and said there was nothing he could do. Not the Hilton I once knew and I will probably end up moving over to another hotel chain. Poor customer service is the most expeditious way to ruin your company.
