The service provided by the staff was consistently excellent—professional, attentive, and always courteous. Although I only requested housekeeping once a week, each cleaning was done with great attention to detail, keeping my room comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was convenient and close to everything I needed, which made being away from home for an extended period much easier. The breakfast also deserves special recognition. Every morning from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, there was a solid selection of hot items including waffles, eggs, a pork option, and breakfast potatoes. There were also cereals, assorted juices, bagels, mini scones, mini muffins, and oatmeal with a small but appreciated variety of toppings. Fresh coffee was available 24/7, along with a selection of teas, apples, and bananas for quick grab-and-go choices. Five stars all around. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

When we arrived after a long drive day, the front desk person was less than courteous OR helpful and stated with no room for negotiation that they do NOT have to honor the Hilton app price AND the pet fee (for a “pet-friendly” hotel) was $125 (we are used to paying $25 and know that’s a part of traveling with a pet). She did not care that we had confirmation on the Hilton app and did not want to see what we had booked. On a positive note, we had an AMAZING night’s stay at the new, nearby La Quinta. Go there instead!
