  I stayed here for five days. It was a really good Hotel. The only problem was on my last day here the front desk a new lady not the other ladies that were there before her was very rude so other than that the location and the rest of the employees we’re very nice

  I stayed there Feb. 27-Mar. 2, 2926. I forgot 2-pair of tennis shoes in room #277. I have called all week to see if they turned them into lost and found, to no avail!! They told me they checked the room, also. Housekeeping should have seen 2-pair of shoes, if she is cleaning well. I told them precisely where I left them, between the end table and chair. The housekeeping lady was an older lady, spoke no English, and when we tried to talk to her in passing, she seemed quite confused. Two pair of shoes don't just walk away, by themselves! We were staying in Yuma to visit family. The visit was great, until I realized I forgot my shoes. My aunt who lives in Yuma told me she'd drive to your hotel to retrieve them. I told her what happened, and all of us are now disappointed in Best Western Hotel. There are many other hotels in Yuma, and I am sure I will not be staying at yours ever again. Check out your housekeeping staff!

  An absolutely gem of a hotel in Yuma. Fantastic fantastic fantastic breakfast. Bacon eggs hash browns and biscuits and gravy prepared by an absolutely adorable friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a good time.

  Worst experience ever. They had two weeks to tell me that everything was shut down. No pool, no restaurant, no, nothing. Everything was taped off. Don't recommend it whatsoever.

  We were not greeted in a friendly manner here. In fact it was a struggle in the dark to locate the office at all. We are gold Best Western members, but none of our home address or contact info was asked for, or used. When we found our building we parked, then walked quite far and up one floor, then to the back of the building to locate our room. This morning after being out key card wouldn't open the door. The office is 2 buildings away from our room. We were again treated as if it was our fault the key card wouldn't work. A NEON small sign could show where the office is located as we drove around the complex before asking other guests where the office. Very unsatisfactory stay for us due to all I have said above.
