We are gold Best Western members, but none of our home address or contact info was asked for, or used. When we found our building we parked, then walked quite far and up one floor, then to the back of the building to locate our room. This morning after being out key card wouldn't open the door. The office is 2 buildings away from our room. We were again treated as if it was our fault the key card wouldn't work. A NEON small sign could show where the office is located as we drove around the complex before asking other guests where the office. Very unsatisfactory stay for us due to all I have said above.
