We got here at 12:40pm and your house keeper Victoria was in my room and she removed my belongings and put them on her cart without notifying anyone!!!!! I dont recommend this hotel to anyone that wants their privacy!!!!! I feel like my privacy was taken advantage of. I have a lot of personal items in my purse. You don’t just take someone’s things out of their room… I see in your other reviews you don’t return items, you take them and don’t give them back. Your workers was going to steal my purse. I won’t be back here again. This was my first and last sta!!

Typically because of the type of member I am at Best Western I get 2 waters, but during check in, person at front desk did not give me anything and I forgot to ask until I got to the room. Would definitely stay here again
- BLBarbara LyonApr 14, 20264.0Room size was good. Room was clean, not military clean but clean. Bed was comfortable. PJ's Pub was awesome. Offered 2 free drinks and food from grill. Breakfast was great, cooked fresh and right there on the grill. Staff was so friendly.
- ASA. SchutteApr 11, 20261.0Stayed a couple of weeks ago and left a pair of boots in the room. I called exactly 3 hours later and the front desk/cleaners were rude, blew it off and denied. It seems that this has happened to multiple people. Be wary of leaving anything at this location because you will not get it back. All other BW locations have been great. I will not be coming back to this one.
