She apologized and told me the holds would fall off my bank at midnight when there was an audit. Our room STANK. It was disgusting. The bed foundations that you could see on the sides were filthy and had (questionable?) stains. We didn’t want to touch anything. The next morning we checked out and an all-new hold was on my bank. This hold eventually fell off when the charge went through. Here it is, days after and I just called because of these holds and the clerk told me “I hate to tell you, these holds can take up to two weeks to fall off.” The holds that THEY placed!! Never again.

It had a spacious bathroom with a roll in shower, with a handheld shower head. It was a perfect set up for my boyfriend who uses a wheelchair. They even provided a shower bench - however it does not have a commode opening, so keep in mind if you need that. Seems perfect for an elderly guest. Breakfast was hot and delicious, and the attendant was very helpful. Becky at the front desk was phenomenal!
