  Staff is amazing here even when they are short-staffed they go out of their way to help. I wish there were microwaves in the room or if the microwaves that were available were better quality I travel for work and bring things to heat up and that was a little bit of a nuisance in my three night stay. The rooms are clean uncomfortable no fault of their own but the new truck stop that has their parking lot right behind the hotel can be noisy at times but if you bring earplugs it's not bad

  Location was good, right next to a new convenience store/gas station. The room was ehh. No desk light on desk. No outlet near desk to plug anything in. The layout could be better suited to the outlets available. I can usually sleep anywhere but I couldn’t get comfortable in that bed. Breakfast was ok.

  This hotel had some of the most comfortable rooms in a Best Western that I can recall staying at in recent history. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice and clean, and the suite portion of my room had an actual door that closed and not just a partition. My only complaint about the room is that the shower doesn't have a curtain or even a door so if you're traveling with friends then you cant really shower with the bathroom door open for other people to use while you shower or everyone will see you naked. If you're just traveling with your spouse or are comfortable with your friends then its not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Breakfast was really nice here, all of the usual suspects but also had biscuits and gravy, some cooked sausage patties, and a coffee/latte machine - not just an apple, a piece of bread, and month-old cereal like some other hotels. This Best Western has certainly upped the breakfast game, and I will probably consider staying at more BW hotels because of this place. I was not left wanting and honestly probably ate too much here cuz it was so good lol This hotel is in a great position just off the interstate and positioned directly next door to a truck stop with a Dunkin Donuts and food inside. Despite the proximity to the truck stop, it was super quiet - we had forgotten we were even that close in the morning before we left, and were talking about where to get fuel and coffee before heading back out only to be greeted by our answer just a few feet away.

  This Best Western was coveniently located, quiet and had a great hot breakfast. Also had a good fitness center.
