  Two weeks before our visit we tried to modify it. They were unresponsive and Priceline told me to take it up with them when I arrived. On the day of arrival the gentleman at the desk told me that he would not modify the reservation and that it was my fault I did not call him directly as he Never heard from Priceline. He told me we could leave early but would still have to pay for the stay. He was unwilling and unwavering even though I tried to show him the unanswered email with the request. He argued with me when I told him the TV was not working. (It eventually did but he had to come to the room to show us how to use it). Breakfast was a joke. The pancake machine kept breaking down. The fuse blew while someone was using a toaster and when we asked for more milk he filled the pitcher slightly and put it out. It wasn't even 10 min before someone else asked for milk too. There were no less than 3 groups of people that went out to their cars to get food to eat for breakfast as what was there was not sufficient for the volume of people. there was no fresh fruit or protein. When a different guest asked to refill the bread and muffins he yelled at the person who asked saying he was only one man and the guest should be able to wait. He came back out with 6 slices of bread and 6 mini muffins for about 10 guests. The rooms were outdated and our mattress cover was broken showing the old mattress inside. the carpet was stained and ripped in places. I would not let the children walk on the carpet without wearing sandals or shoes. We had to go down to the front desk because the partially used TP roll they gave us was surprisingly not enough for 6 people over 2 days. We decided to stay and not waste money by not staying a second night however we did not stay long enough to endure a second breakfast. I would love to recommend this less but I cannot give them 0 stars. Please don't waste your money. It's not worth it.

  Ive stayed in hotels for 6 months out of the year for 5 years for work. Im not to picky either. Ive stayed in some bad ones. Iam currently on a cross country move with wife and 3 kids. This hotel is bad. Really bad. For the price you can stay at several other hotels in Williams. If yall have kids or value your health dont stay here. If you wanna gamble with your health go ahead and try it out.

  Hice una reservación en este hotel de Arizona mediante app Booking en la cual al momento de reservar y ponerle cómo llegar al lugar me marcaba a la que yo realmente quería llegar, resulta que cuando yo llegue me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reservación y llame por teléfono en donde me dijeron que el lugar era de California y yo de cómo??????? Ps vea donde marca la ubicación ARIZONA no me respetaron y tuve que volver a pagar
