  Only reason I stayed here was because I rocked in at 3am & didn't know you could just ring the bell at the motels up the street to get someone to check you in. They couldn't give me late checkout so it was $187 to spend 8 hours in a room where I couldn't even control the thermostat. The gentleman at the front was helpful & did what he could, but IMO you should save your money & stay at one of the motels up the street; all the same amenities for half the price.

  The hotel itself is not bad—the rooms are fine and the facilities are decent. However, I cannot give a positive rating due to a very frustrating experience with the staff's honesty and management of lost property. I accidentally left a souvenir hat in my room after check-out. I contacted the reception immediately, and they confirmed they had found it and were keeping it safe for me. Trusting them, I drove over 100 km back to the hotel specifically to retrieve it. When I arrived, the hat was nowhere to be found. It had clearly been pocketed by a staff member in the meantime. The management apologized and promised they would find it and ship it to my home address. Needless to say, it was never shipped, and I never heard from them again. It is a shame because the stay was otherwise okay, but I cannot recommend a place where you can't trust the staff with your belongings. Truly unprofessional.

  The room prep was different than we've come to expect. The waste baskets weren't lined with the plastic bags, but the plastic bags were draped an the side of the basket. Self service housekeeping? Someone, probably a previous customer, unplugged the clock radio. Self service time setting? The front desk was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was better than most Holiday Inn Express properties, and the room and bed were clean and comfortable and those points count the most for us.

  Pool has not been working since Nov 2025. Was told we could go to the LaQuinta to use theirs. Nothing posted on the website about the pool being out if service. Room had one set of towels, no tissues, and was out of soaps in the shower. I had to go to the front desk to get all of those supplies. No cinnamon rolls on the breakfast. Hotel is not up to IHG standards.
