  I chose this hotel because I'm an employee of Best Western and I get a discount. It was $30 a night. That old saying, you get what you pay for is so apt for this situation. The hotel is pretty outdated and in desperate need of a remodel. There's no elevator, which was fine for me but older or handicapped people would have no way to get up to the 2nd floor. The room wasn't bad, at least it was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. There were 2 outlets and a light switch that didnt work though. Breakfast was an absolute joke. White bread, 2 types of cereal and an automatic pancake maker that I'm surprised was still working. Well it sort of worked. As the pancakes were coming out of the machine they stuck to the conveyor belt and were shredded. I think they had a self serve yogurt machine and a juice dispenser too. The 2nd night that I was there my key stopped working. When I went to the desk, the clerk was asleep! It took me a couple of minutes to get him to wake up. I told him my key had stopped working and my room number. He searched his computer and told me that I was in a different room than I actually was. When I told him that was not my room number he insisted that I was wrong several times. Finally he relented and made me a key. He made me feel like a criminal all because I needed a new key. My reservation was for 4 nights but after that experience I was done so I left 2 days early. I'm sure that I wont receive any refund but to be honest, I'm just glad to be out of there.

  What a dive. A/C hanging off the wall, dingy place with zero amenities. Cheap price because its an older hotel in need of a makeover. Ill never stay there again.

  Lovely location, out of the hustle and bustle. Rooms are great, nice and clean and very reasonably priced for the location.

  We stayed here to experience Bearizona, the room was smaller than I expected but it was very clean and the manager was very friendly and helpful!

  It was okay for the money it could have been a little bit better but enjoyed it
