If I could give 0 stars I would, this place from the start is gross, when u enter the lobby it smells really bad,the carpets are stained, the beds smell, ontop of that the HEATER doesn't work, being 30 degrees outside and not having heat in doors is ridiculous,I had checked out less than 12hours of being there,I got home 10 hours later and i saw they hadn't checked me out yet, after I told them to check me out!these guys are nothing but rip offs!Plenty of other nicer more modern hotels in that area!Stay away from here!

I do NOT recommend this hotel due to serious security issues and poor customer service
Before my stay even started, I received a WhatsApp message from an Indian number with all my reservation details — my full name, reservation number, dates, and even the hotel group name. The message included a suspicious link saying my booking would be cancelled if I didn’t click it.
I immediately replied asking them to send any information through Booking.com instead, and I also contacted the hotel directly through the website to confirm if the message was legit.
When I arrived at SureStay, I showed the message to the staff, and the receptionist confirmed it was spam. So now I’m left wondering: how should I feel knowing my reservation data was leaked? This is extremely concerning and unacceptable for any hotel.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there.
Payment issue
I booked two rooms (one for 3 adults and one for 2). At check-in, the receptionist charged me for both rooms separately. After I paid for both, he suddenly asked me to pay a third time, claiming the first transaction “didn’t go through,” even though nothing on the card machine showed that.
My bank app shows all the transactions clearly.
He gave me only two receipts and told me to open a dispute with my bank — which made no sense, since the supposed “failed” payment never showed as failed. I had to insist MANY times to get any proof, and only after a long argument he agreed to record a video as evidence.
Room situation
When we entered the room for 3 adults, the bed for a couple was extremely small. We went downstairs to request an extra mattress, but again the same staff member was rude and unhelpful. He said there was nothing he could do. We asked for at least an extra blanket, which he finally provided.
Lost luggage incident
After all this stress, I accidentally left my suitcase in the hallway. I only realized the next morning after showering. I asked my friend to check if the hotel had stored it, and the same receptionist refused to give it to him. He said the suitcase needed to be opened in front of me to check what was inside.
So I had to go downstairs wearing a towel to get my own luggage — which was embarrassing and unnecessary.
The receptionist also complained that we “made too much noise the night before,” claiming we were fighting, when we were simply venting (yes, loudly) about how rude he had been.
Final thoughts
After breakfast, we talked to him again, explaining that all of this stress could have been avoided if he had simply been polite and transparent from the beginning. He apologized, but honestly, the damage was done.
I cannot recommend this hotel.
Not only because of the poor customer service, but mainly because of the serious security breach involving my personal reservation information.
No guest should ever have to deal with that.
