When you call to make your reservation the machine says new holiday inn. There is nothing new about this motel. Jacuzzi's not working and the pool area smells like mold. The rooms are just really dirty like the don't dust or mop. They say they don't want you to use the wall unit for heat in the so the bathrooms are freezing 😒 The power was out last night it was freezing and the girl set to me that I already accommodated you for the dirty room she only gave me like 5000 points and if you don't like it you can leave she was just rude. It was 29 degrees out side anyways if you can drive 28 more miles to Flagstaff I would way nicer and clean.

The main reason we chose this hotel was so the kids could swim. The pool was out of order.
The hotel itself was mediocre- definitely not up to the standard of other Holiday Inns. The room was kind of dingy feeling, the beds horribly uncomfortable, and the pull out couch was not even sleep able. My 7 year old has slept on pull out sofas across thr country without complaint- here she said shed rather sleep on the floor because you could feel every single spring.
The one good point was breakfast. Otherwise it was like staying at the Super 8 with Holiday Inn prices. So disappointed

Shower tub is scary slippery and doesn't have adequate grab bars. Housekeeping is not provided despite written request. Front desk rudely demands cash for water while refusing to charge to the room. Printer is out of order. Got no response to request for supplemental rewards points to make up for lack of Housekeeping.
