Desk staff not very friendly. Was there three days. Asked to talk to the manager a few times, was told she was not available each time. Couldn't tell you anyones name as no one wears name tags.

Currently staying here. Desk staff is not very friendly. Also, this morning at 6am, in the 3rd floor hallway, a woman and a large German shepherd were walking towards me. The dog began growling and lunged towards me, attempting to attack. The guest told me that her dog is very protective of her— well… “great” , why would the hotel permit an attack dog to stay inside the hotel? Also, the wifi service at this location is a joke. It’s very intermittent and if you can get it for 5 minutes, you’re doing well.
I can’t believe IHG allows this hotel to be apart of their chain of hotels. My family and I stayed here November 2025 and was told the pool was down but would be fixed shortly. We stayed again last night and the pool was still out of order. They obviously don’t intend to fix this indoor pool. They could at least make it known on the website or app so guests like me don’t book only to be disappointed. You also cannot add any drinks or food to your room like at other IHG locations. Had to pay cash or card. The staff were also extremely rude at the front desk and seemed bothered if you went to check in or ask any questions.
DO NOT stay at Holiday Inn Williams. This place has gone completely downhill. We stay here every year for our winter trip, but this year was disgusting and disappointing.
My sister-in-law’s room had food left in the fridge, clearly not cleaned. My bathroom had hair and mold in the shower—completely unacceptable. The next day there was no power, and despite advertising free breakfast, no food was provided for guests.
Management showed zero empathy or accountability, both day and night shift. Being “short-staffed” is not an excuse to accept guests when rooms aren’t clean and basic amenities aren’t available.
We will never stay here again, and honestly, I’m done with Holiday Inn altogether.

Would stay here again and will recommend it all
Stayed December 27th - January 2nd, 2025. We arrived around 9pm on the 27th and there was about 4 other people in line at the desk to check in, but no one at the desk to do so. Maybe 15 minutes later a lone employee came to the desk to get us all checked in. One traveler complained that his room hadn't been cleaned yet. She apologized and very nicely told him she was there alone, and she would get to it as soon as she could. I don't know if he was already a guest and needed some clean sheets, trash removed or towels so I don't want to judge clean rooms from his statement. Our room was very clean. We stayed in Room 117. They had 4 luggage carts and by the time everyone was checked in a cart had been returned so we didn't have to make several trips to the car to unpack. I was concerned that being right by the front desk and the breakfast area not to mention the parking lot that we would be disturbed, but never heard people, cars or noise. In unpacking we did discover that a previous guest had stuck paper plates and packaged muffins from the breakfast area in a drawer that wasn't discovered by housekeeping, but in the grand scheme of things not a big deal. We know how to throw things out. The bed is firmer than we are used to, but those pillows are so soft. The only time we were disturbed was the 2nd morning when our upstairs neighbor's child/children were running around above us waking us up early. They were gone that day, so it went quiet for the rest of our stay. We were only about 1/2 a mile or less to everything in town we wanted to see and do. Never came back late at night to no parking available. Breakfast was great. Two types of omelets - cheese or veggie. Turkey sausage, which isn't bad by the way and either link sausage or bacon. Biscuits, pepper gravy, pancakes, pastries, bagels, bread. Coffee, tea, milk, 3 kinds of juice, fruit, oatmeal. No matter how late you got to breakfast you had all the choices. Ok, here's my complaint and it's all hotels, all the names not just this one. We were there for 6 nights and 2 adults. We received 2 hand towels, 3 wash cloths and 3 body towels. I went to the front desk twice to get more towels and wash cloths. Never a problem, never felt like I was being a problem when I asked. So hotels everywhere, please consider the length of stay a guest will be in a room and double the towel supply. Not everyone gets a respectful desk clerk. This hotel didn't have a Do Not Disturb tag for our door, but a tag that told me I could earn more points if I didn't use housekeeping service during my stay. That was ok with me, so left that side of the tag facing out. Once you hang the tag that way and maybe you'd like the trash emptied or towels stocked and you take the tag off. Housekeeping still will not provide services. My traveling partner simply took our trash and emptied it in the larger trash cans by the ice machine. The pool and hot tub were closed due to renovations or repairs, but it was clearly marked on the website so I had warning and appreciated that they made it clear on the website and at the hotel. I would stay here again and would recommend it very much. The care and comfort I received had an affect on how I felt about the town as well. I was fed well and slept well in a clean quiet environment. I would stay here again
