A very convenient half way point for my trip! Comfortable and clean. Exhausted you don't see some things at first, like there is dried blood on the ceiling? We thought it was a bug at first, nope, closer observation it's dried blood. Informing the front desk and hopefully it will get sanitized! Great spot just the finer details need to be double checked.

Very clean and quiet as I have come to expect from Hampton Inn. Hampton is always my first choice when I am traveling and need to get some good rest. The breakfast was top notch as well!

Don’t know if I can recommend this hotel. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Pillows left much to be desired. Then the power went out during breakfast and nothing from the employees- they just went about like it happens all the time. Front Desk guy even pushed the doors open to let himself out for a smoke break. Saw other reviews where it mentioned power outages- must be a regular thing. If that is the case- why isn’t there a generator for the property? This hotel overcharges for mediocre stays near the Grand Canyon. I’d typically expect more from a Hampton Inn.

We had a really great stay here as part of our Polar Express trip. We decided to stay a second night in Williams and moved here after staying at Grand Canyon Railway. I thought this hotel was great! A few things I really liked: large double counter in the bathroom, a full length mirror outside the bathroom, and a third mirror above the desk. It was easy for all four of us to get ready. I liked the modern design and also thought the little stuff in the bathroom like toothpaste and a toothbrush were an awesome touch that I have not seen in another hotel for YEARS! The hospitality staff had folded tons of cute things out of towels as well. Super magical for kids! As a mom, I loved the coat hooks! This was so useful to try out our wet snow pants after snow play. The breakfast was great. They had a waffle station that my kids loved. There were all kinds of toppings, including special kid stuff like whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel to load and unload the car, too. This hotel provided significant savings compared to another night at Grand Canyon Railway or the others in walking distance to the Polar Express. (Note: There is tons of parking at Grand Canyon Railway, so this could be a great hotel option for your entire Polar Express trip if you don’t mind 5 min of driving over and back. I think the savings would be worth it.) The best surprise of all—and the reason I wanted to make sure and add a review—is that it was full of super cute holiday decorations. I had wondered about that when booking since there weren’t any photos of that yet. There was a tree, ornaments hanging from the ceiling, and stockings, bows, and ribbons all over. Overall, we had a great stay. One tip: Be super careful if you swim. The pool tile is very slippery and multiple family members slipped. Might be good to throw in non-slip water shoes for walking around in there. But the kids had a good time in the pool as a little bonus to our trip. We did not use the laundry, but I noticed it on the way out. Always good to have for emergencies!
