The Grand Canyon Railway is a 10-minute walk from us, and the historic Route 66 is a mile from the hotel. Bearizona Wildlife Park is a 15-minute drive. Relax by the firepit on our patio or take a dip in our indoor heated pool.

Glen was the one to check us in and he was fantastic! Even helped us feel comfortable with our pup. The breakfast was great and so were the rooms! Everything was clean, fresh, and had a great feeling.

Hampton Inn Williams falls far short of what I would expect from a hotel with the Hampton Inn name. When we first entered the hotel to check in, another party in addition to us had to wait maybe 10 minutes for someone to come to thw front desk to check us in. When the guy finally showed up... he was very robotic and lacked any semblance of a friendly welcoming attitude. No, sorry for the wait... no welcome to Hampton Inn... just... fill out this vehicle information, I need your ID... There's a $40 deposit required and the side doors are locked and you can't use them.... the front door will be locked soon too. Definitely not a good start to our stay! The rooms look ok and like they were recently remodeled. The beds in our room seemed like beds from the old rooms or cheap, saggy squeaky beds... definitely not the higher end quality , comfortable beds I expect from the Hampton name. I would have never booked this Hampton location if I had known the standards were so low. I would not stay here in the future nor could I recommend this Hampton location to anyone. Even the floor is slanted with a large gap under one side of the door... I'm not sure how secure that is???

Breakfast had a nice variety of options to start the day right. Free parking was a big plus, and the location is perfect—just about an hour’s drive to the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.
