  Really great staff, clean room, good linens, comfy bed. Sat in front of the fireplace in the lobby having coffee. Staff was above board in accommodating a couple of requests. Absolutely one of the best for the off season price we've come across. Ate at the Steakhouse inside so check out the separate review. Breakfast had some options but the only eggs they had were pre-made omelets full of bell peppers that we and a lot of other people can't eat. There were no other egg options. Overall it is recommended two thumbs-up .

  I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this hotel deserves it. The room was lovely, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. The hot tub was wonderful; under the stars and we had it to ourselves, which was great.

  I stopped here with my buddy Frank(dog) for the last night of our cross country trip Nashville to LA. Saved the best for last! Great staff, could not ask for better customer service! The restaurant is good, and the breakfast is better than all the other places we stayed at. HIGHLY recommend

  Breakfast is excellent. Very clean, and well appointed as well. Charming Kachinas everywhere. Pretty at night. Away a bit from the commotion. Staff is completely accommodating. It’s a real vaca!

  Clean, quiet, and comfortable room with a mini fridge and in-room coffee. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the pretty Christmas tree in the lobby. Great location near Bearizona, which is a must-visit. Would definitely stay here again!
