I am a Tesla owner charging my car at the Supercharger station located here. According to the Tesla App, this location is marked with a restroom icon, indicating that facilities are available for charging customers. However, when I tried to use the restroom, a male staff followed us to the restroom door just to rudely tell us we couldn't use it because we weren't overnight guests. This level of hostility is completely unprofessional.
This is extremely frustrating and contradicts the information provided by Tesla. If there is a partnership between this hotel and Tesla, you seriously need to improve your staff training. It is unacceptable to lure customers here and then have employees harass them at the restroom door. If you don't want to provide basic amenities, please ask Tesla to remove the icon from the app.

My wife and I had to stop here as an emergency. We loved it. We were worried at first. Sometimes hotels dont offer great service, have dirty sheets, dirty floors. On the contrary, this hotel is spotless, rooms are top tier 👌 clean, smell good, and the service is awesome! Not to mention the complementary breakfast 😋 10/10. I mean, its not a breakfast out of this world, but the selection is big. They have 2 different types of omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, cereals, cinnamon rolls, chocolate muffins, banana muffin, bagels, waffles, pancakes 🥞, yogurts and more! The drinking selection is great as well from coffee to OJ. They use high quality soaps in your restroom, lotion, and even a make-up remover wipes for the women. The sheets are super comfortable, clean, and warm. Awesome 👌 place, I definitely recommend! I've stayed at alot of hotels. This is one of the best ones for sure!!

We were returning from Texas back to California and had benn driving for 14 hours and needed to stop and rest for the night. The only options were motel 8 or holiday inn express. We choose the Holiday Inn Express and it was regretted after we got into the room. It's a very old building g with patch work painting throughout the room. The chairs in the room were very flimsy and will soon fall apart when someone sits in it,lawsuit waiting to happen!!! The room did not have the proper locking mechanisms on the door, so safety was a concern. There where two doors to get inside the building that required your room card to open them, but the room card did not work on the first entry door, so I 'm not sure if it would have opened the second door that let's you into the hallway that led to our bed room. The entrance into the parking lot was extremely dark and hard to find, poor lighting and only one entry. The checkin was friendly and quick. The locations is as I mentioned earlier is isolated and dark with very limited access to the site.
