  I do not recommend staying here. The room was extremely unsanitary—there was blood on the bathroom floor, visible dirt and grime on the walls, and hair in the bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. The sink was dirty, and the couch looked unclean and heavily used. We initially had to switch rooms due to a strong smoke odor, which should not have been an issue in a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the second room was just as unacceptable in terms of cleanliness. This experience was very disappointing and well below basic hygiene standards.

  Hotel is showing its age, musty and stained carpet in common areas. Our room had mold in the shower, stains on the chair and sofa, and a pleathora of holes in the blackout curtain that let an incredible amount of light in. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, ended up leaving after the first night because we got no sleep and the entire place felt grimey. Definitely not on brand for Holiday Inn Express.

  Si esta bien el hotel,pero no fumigan,me salio un alacran en el ban̈o en un tercer piso!!..sen̈al que no fumigan y querian normalizar la situacion,tal vez para ellos es normal un alacran en las habitaciones pero para el huesped jamas..

  I don't usually review hotels (unless they're horrible and I want to warn people) but this place is amazing!!!! I took a school group here and the guys at the front desk was just beyond lovely, best check in process I have ever had at a hotel, and it was especially necessary because I was grumpy from dealing with kids all day. The rooms are lovely, so big, so clean, so well thought out. I love the extra little thoughtful things that this hotel had that were out of the ordinary- like a retractable clothesline in the shower. The toiletries are dove branded which is lovely. The linens were clean and soft, and weren't overly beachy but actually smelled nice. Beds were very comfortable. The lobby is gorgeous, the breakfast was nice, and the kids all enjoyed the pool! We will be back for the same conference next year!

  Overall, this hotel offers exactly what you would expect. I booked a little less than a week in advance but when I realized I would be coming a little earlier during my road trip from Colorado Springs, I called ahead to inquire if I could get in my room much earlier than standard check out time (how is it anticipating on arriving at 4:00 a.m. and check in time is 3:00 p).. Upon calling, I knew there was a high possibility they wouldn't be able to accommodate and I was told the best they could do was an early 2:00 p.m. check in. This is reasonable and understandable however, I was a bit surprised that hotel staff didn't call around at other locations to see if they could take a non-standard patron. Especially with the substantial wait time. As a Platinum member, I stay at a lot of hotels and had this accommodation before but overall, I accepted my folly and slept in my car on the road. Other than that, 3 employees in particular stood out: Daniel, Ricky, and Mario. All three of them, Daniel in particular (I had The most dialogue with him during my stay) was friendly enough for me to want to come back. As someone who truly values friendly staff and good customer service, this was a huge plus. Gentlemen, thank you for being the embodiment of ideal employees and keep up the great work! I hope to see you again during my next stay!
