  There are not individual coffee makers in the room because coffee is available in the lobby, so each morning you have to go to the lobby for coffee.

  I’m here now and stay at this hotel all the time for business. I checked in a little bit after two and had to wait in the lobby For quite some time because my room was not ready supposedly. After about 20 minutes of waiting in the lobby area I finally went up and asked the receptionist if my room is ready and she said oh yeah it is ready. I said well that would’ve been nice to know. I’ve been waiting this whole time over there. Then I get into the room I’ve been trying to connect to the Wi-Fi so I had to call the front desk to see if the router is down, the manager put me on hold for 19 minutes. I finally hung up and called back and talk to someone else who was not helpful at all. I’m going to let my company know not to book me at this hotel anymore, which is a shame because I really like it. Rooms a 5 star. Service is ZERO stars if I could. I’m super frustrated with this hotel at the moment!!!! So I called down to the front desk to ask him to move me because the people above me in room 332 were jumping up and down on the floor. It sounded like they were just running back-and-forth and jumping on the ceiling so what does the general manager do? He puts me in this room right next to them so n 334!!!! Unbelievable… I actually went back down to the lobby, pulled the manager aside and asked him why he would do that to me? Does it make sense that if they’re making noise and yelling and running around slamming on the ceiling above me but I’m not going to be right next-door to them and hear that? Stood outside the room 334 and I could hear them yelling at each other and I wasn’t even in my room yet I’m never staying here again. And I’m calling IHG corporate tomorrow to complain. This is ridiculous. I’m sorry, but I had to jump on and add one more thing…..they give they then give me a room number 127 and when he guides me down the hallway and points to the which way the room is, it was the wrong way. This guy doesn’t even know the layout of his own hotel?? he pointed me to the left hallway when in fact, the room is in the right hallway. Wow. Today is April 29 and I have not heard anything from the hotel or IHG in regards to my one star review. I sent a comment card on their website and have not heard anything back.

  - Breakfast has a wide variety of options (including gluten free), and the food is freshly made. They change up the options so we even had variety from day to day. The seating area for breakfast had enough seating, and we appreciated that some of the tables were high top style, which was easier for someone in our group with a mobility challenge. - The room was clean and spacious. The regular queen beds were comfortable. We also used the pull out couch for two kids. That mattress desperately needs to be replaced. An adult would certainly have immense back pain trying to sleep on it. Fortunately, the kids are small enough not to notice. This is the only reason for taking off 1 star. - The staff was friendly and welcoming both at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.
