The food service is amazing and the entrees are fresh and savory. Rooms are well appointed and clean, like new. Pool and spa/ jacuzzi were heated to enjoy despite the cold climate outdoor. There are even parlor games in the lobby such as chess and table shuffleboard.

Keep getting sent off to a manger who either doesnt answer or says they will call back and doesnt. Then I call corporate to try and get a receipt and guess what they do? patch me through to the front desk after I told them that I have already been in contact with the front desk and the front desk cant help me.

The bartender was overly nice and later asked for my husbands number when he went to the lobby alone to pick up an order. Overall great experience up until our last night. The staff is working hard in the restaurant however there were timing issues in the kitchen with not all being served at the same time, they are short staffed and staff that is there is overworked. I left a fanny pack and prescription glasses in my room and they were essentially taken. I talked to Mgr of Housekeeping, offered a $100 reward for the return, but no one came forward. Unfortunately, this will forever be a disappointing experience.
